REGISTRATION INFO

ESPCA participants are automatically registered at the VII South American Meeting of the South American Group of the SFRBM.

The registration at both meetings requires to fill the registration form and payment of fee.

All investigators and trainees are encouraged to attend the ESPCA and to apply for travel and lodging support if appropriate. (click on to read rules)

Please mind the abstract submission deadlines:

1) SFRBM (August 17th to 21st) and ESPCA (August 13th to 21st ) without application for
travel/lodging support – deadline May 10th.

Some attendees may prefer to join the event only in the days of the VII Meeting of the South American Group of the SFRBM, please mention it at the registration form, when requested.

Fees will cover registration and participation in ESPCA, Wednesday Worshop and VII Meeting of the South American Group of the SFRBM, as well as coffee breaks, meeting materials and opening cocktail.

Refund policy : when requested up to July 13, 50% refund

After July 14, no refund will be given
