Registration

All participants who wish to attend the scientific sessions, accompanying persons' programme and social events are required to register for the Conference.

Each registration allows the submission of 1 paper.

The registration fees for delegates (regular participants and students) include access to technical sessions; conference facilities; proceedings; coffee breaks; buffet-lunches; welcome cocktail and planned social events.

The registration fee for accompanying person includes welcome cocktail and planned social events.

A valid registration entitles the delegate to present one contribution at most. Every contribution must have at least one registration associated with it in order to be included in the conference programme/proceedings.

Students must send a full proof of enrollment (i.e. a scanned copy of the student ID card and a letter from a Professor or Head of Department to confirm the student status at the time of conference) to the ICMF2019 Secretariat by e-mail (icmf@eventus.com.br) in order to get the student rate.

The policy of ICMF is to allow payment of the student fee by Postdoctoral Fellows/Scholars that are not considered University employees.

Postdoctoral Research Associates that are considered employees by their University should pay the regular registration fee.

To facilitate the set up of the technical program, speakers are invited to register before March 29, 2019 (Early-bird Registration). Registration payment will be mandatory at the abstract acceptance letter.

Late registration and payment are possible only for non-presenting authors. Please note that last-minute registration might affect the availability of conference materials.

Cancellations

Cancellations are possible only before April 12, 2019. Cancellations must be received in writing and for the ones that have already payed the registration fee, it will be assessed a 100 EUR fee regardless of the reason for cancelling. Registrations can be transferred to other delegates at any time, provided they are notified to the Conference Secretariat in advance.

On-site Registration

Registrations only will close on May 10 2019.
From May 10 registrations will be just possible on-site and must be paid at the Registration Desk. Invoice of payment will be available at the registration system when the payment is confirmed.

The Registration Desk will be open throughout the Conference. Please stop by to gather the conference materials upon arrival.

Payment forms

A successful registration requires the recorded payment and the invoice issued.

Photo release

ICMF2019 will take photographs and video at the Conference. By registering for ICMF2019, you agree to allow ICMF2019 to use your photo and/or video footage of you in ICMF2019 related publications, materials, websites, or promotions. Insurance Organizers cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to private property of participants during the conference.
