Poster Instructions

  • The poster should be in English and in the maximum size of 120 x 90 cm (height x width).
  • Layout should be planned in order to have the poster readable by viewers 3 m away.
  • Use large print and shade or color block letters when possible.
  • The message should be clear and understandable without oral explanation.
  • Title, authors and affiliations should be the same as shown in the accepted abstract.
  • The name of the author who will present the abstract should be underlined.
  • Remember to leave space on the panel for colleagues to leave notes and include an email address for viewers to contact you later.

Poster sessions will be held daily from 04:00 – 06:00 PM.

We advise all attendants to fix their posters at their indicated location (see number) early in the morning of the scheduled day so that they can be viewed throughout the whole day.

If support from the staff is needed, please head for the Secretary.

We urge attendants to take off their posters at the end of the session since the pannels must be free early in the morning of the following day

No poster session is scheduled for Friday September 25, but the panels will be available.

If you presented your poster at the regular sessions, and wish to have it re-exposed on Friday, inform the Secretary, and we will be glad to allocate a space for it.
