** both undergraduate-level and graduate-level (Ms or PhD) students; to qualify for this category, a proof of status (certificate of registration in the course) must be attached

Note that the $50 (US$)  abstract fee is a non-refundable additional fee required for submission.

Note that prices in US dollars were lowered in relation to those estimated before opening of registration, to compensate for the dollar's appreciation against the real and the euro observed in the preceding months.
Until June 30, the conversion of the dollar for real will be maintained at the rate of 1 US$ = R$ 2.80. From July 1st on new registration fees are valid, and dollar exchange rates change to R$ 3.00.

Cancellation

Registration cancellations received by 31 July 2015 will receive a 75% refund. No refunds will be issued for registrations cancelled after 31 July 2015. The abstract submission fee is not refundable under any circumstances. If the organizers cancel the field Trips the full fee (minus the non-refundable Paypal or Bank fee) will be refunded.
